Fiber cement siding is extremely durable and stable (no expansion or contraction.) Backed by a 50 year warranty and 15 year pre-finished warranty, fiber cement is a great alternative that will add real value to your home. It looks great too, with smooth or wood grain surface texture. It is available in horizontal lap siding, vertical board and baton style or shakes. For ironclad durability and design flexibility look to fiber cement as your siding of choice. Fiber cement siding does need to be painted, but because it doesn't expand and contract with temperature changes or absorb moisture with changing humidity, a high quality paint could last 20 years or longer. A pre-painted version is also available in limited colors.

Vinyl Siding

Vinyl siding has come a long way in the last 15 years. Advanced additives have improved its ability to resist fading, and it is available in different thickness for increased durability. It is the most economical maintenance-free siding. Different surface textures are available as well as simulated shakes.

Insulated Vinyl Siding

A version of vinyl siding that has clear advantages is the insulated siding. It has high efficiency solid foam insulation bonded to the back of it. This makes it almost unbreakable and will add an R-value of 3 to 4 to your wall, making the whole house more energy efficient and thus more comfortable both in summer and winter. The solid foam insulation is also an excellent sound deadener to help reduce noise from the outside.

We also do steel, aluminum and wood siding. The demand for steel and aluminum has decreased over the years. However, they are still available. Wood siding is beautiful - and needs regular maintenance.
