The most common residential shingles used are “3 tab” and architectural shingles. Other products are available to give a unique look and to last longer. Our crews are trained to install any style of shingle. Dan spends time with the crews making sure they understand some of the finer nuances related to the proper use of flashing around chimneys, skylights and against walls. Ice & water barrier is used where it is required and where it is appropriate (but it is not a substitute for proper flashing techniques.)

Low Sloped Roofs and Flat Roofs

Roofs that are not sloped enough for shingles require the use of products designed specifically for this purpose. There are also different options for flat roofs. We will recommend the appropriate product for your roof.
